Tuesday

Our weekend went really well. The boy however, was gone for most of it. He went to Grandpa's for the weekend. Princess had her Championship Game. They lost. Then we took her to get her iPod touch, which she had the money for. Hubby at the check out of the iPod store paid for most of it for her. She was so surprised. He told her that we did it because she is such a great kid and does so well in school that she deserved it. I swear it looked like they were both very moved by this moment. But HEY I'm just the Mom what do I know.

I got a new Dishwasher and a freezer for the basement at Bernie's Appliance Store. They will deliver them on Friday. I am very excited! We then went and looked at recliners at La-Z-Boy. Hubby found one he liked. There was this furniture there that was cute and cheap! We asked why was it priced so low and they said it was a special. Later hubby said "You know if that set was over priced we would have thought it was perfect" It doesn't have the 8way hand tied frame and other features you get with a nicer couch but it was Half the price of the cheapest thing I had liked so far. We did not purchase that day. We are still comparing it to another store that I found stuff I liked. Who knows what we will decide. My house is so odd its very difficult to decorate. It may take me a year to pick something out. LOL
