Mothers Day

Mothers Day is fast approaching. My mother passed away 08/2002 so I do not have to make her dinner nor do I have to get her flowers or a gift. I would give anything to have her here to be able to do those things for her, as would my 2 sisters! However, it makes me kind of angry when people piss and moan about having to do those things for their Mother. HELLO You have a mother she is still here on Earth living and breathing!!!

Be thankful and treasure your time together. Forgive and forget because life is too short not to hang out with your Mommy as much as you can!!!

Star date April 28th 2009

I think my daughter might be going to the movies this weekend with a bunch of people. I think we both know what "a bunch of people" means ah?? I think that boys are going! What the hell!?!?!?!?!? She is 13, and I know April tells me I have to let her be, but it really urks me! I will get over this, I am glad she is a healthy wonderful, smart, beautiful, child err teen. I Thank God for both of my kids health everyday! Its just these hurdles that are killing me. I'm like a fat kid running for the last piece of cake, outta breath and wishing I was better prepared!

Hubby took me to lunch which was a nice treat.

I just cant think of anything regarding posting but Kayleigh. It is so very sad what the Freeman family will go through. Please pray for strength for their entire family.

Busy week of kids outta school

UGH! Its great that they get some time to relax and not have to do book work BUT.............Calgon take me away!

Please pray for Kayleigh. There in NC and the docs say that after 10+ months of fighting to stay alive that she may be brain dead. There is still hope, read about it HERE

Just thought I would share the babies!

We are going out of town tomorrow for the day. Heading to Super Saturday for Tupperware. It is a bit of a drive but I really hope its going to be worth it.

The Boy is doing better in school but he is a pain in the ass at home! Not sure what his deal is but he is not going to grandpas tonight. His room is a disaster and he pulled a fast one the other day when I went to pick him up from his friends house. I was pulling up to the house and he was in the yard. He totally saw me! I waited and waited. Then I see him poke his head out from behind the House. OK fine maybe he is getting his crap together. Wait some more.......OK I'm outta the car and yelling for him. He is NOT coming! OMG I am super P'Od at this point. Then I let out the BELLOW, and his friends brother asked if that was my "mad" voice. Yes, Grant it is, I reply. The boy finally shows his face UGHHHHHH! I tell him to get his shoes (He was walking around in his roller blades in the grass) and say thank you. I then force him into the car and slam the door. I can't go into how the conversation went after that. LOL...

So now he is somewhat grounded. I was going to let him go to Grandpas but then he didn't finish his homework and didn't put his clothes in his drawers like I asked him to 3 days ago. So NO my dear sweet boy you are not going to Grandpas!

Its going to 75 degrees today HOOOLLLLLAAAA!!! I am so getting outta here early if at all possible! We have not hit 75 degrees since September of 2008!

Hubby and I were texting last night while he was on a call for a baby that had 2nd degree burns from a cup of hot water on the table that fell down! I can't imagine! Hubby seemed fine about it and the docs said it didn't seem to be abuse, just an accident! OYE VAY I don't know how he can take calls like that day in day out. I don't give him enough credit sometimes, and I don't realize how emotionally exhausting his job is. Love you Baby!

Good Easter, Bad Night before Easter

Worst Mom of the Year Award for Lame Easter Baskets!



The Boy was hell bent on seeing the Easter Bunny. He didn't fall asleep until 10:30. So out to my car I went. Gathered everything from the trunk and headed in the house. Making sure not to get 3 dogs barking on entry back to the House. Not Easy! Ahhhh on the couch sorting thru the goods. Wait! I am missing everything for Princesses basket. Darn I must have left it in the car! Back out i went quiet as a mouse. NOTHING! There was nothing there! I must have left an entire bag of Easter goodies on the stupid eff'ing rounder bagger thingy at Wal-Mart. It was 10:30 PM they were closed, along with everything else around. I am officially the worst mom in the world!!!!!! I had their larger gifts that were going into the baskets but not all the Candy. I had to split up The Boys candy between the 2 baskets and then put coins in the eggs instead of candy!

Fast forward 7 hours. 5:55 AM The Boy is up and ready! OMG Nooooo. we ended up getting everyone up outta bed by 6:30am.

Part two

The boy, upon seeing his Easter basket, asked if maybe the Easter bunny thought that Baby Emma lived here because he left such small baskets... Ok Insert knife and turn HERE. LOL...... Off to the shower to wash the Bad Mom vibe outta my hair! LOL... Princesses and I went to mass and the boys went Dirt biking. Once we got home my MIL came over with HUGE baskets for the kids. One upper! lol... She bought me a beautiful pink hydrangea. We got her an Easter lily. Then the boys came home and we went to my sister Aprils were we enjoyed wine and snacks. Then the Easter egg hunt. The boy found both the silver egg and gold egg!!! I guess karma was with him today due to the shitty ass basket I made. The kids had a great time and we then did family photos of everyone! Dinner was great, Ham of course. Then was relaxed and that my friends was our Easter of 2009!

We watched the first two and they were both very good. I cant wait to watch doubt tonight.

We will be going to dance tonight for the Princess. Then tomorrow I have a Tupperware Party. Friday I am off because of Good Friday. Did you know that we are supposed to fast from Friday until Sunday morning. I didn't know that! I read it in the Easter newsletter the church sent us. I can't say that I will partake in that tradition. The Boy has soccer on Saturday. The Sunday Hubby and the Boy are going dirt biking in the morning, MIL is coming over and Princess, her and I will be going over to my sister Aprils. The boys will meet us there for 1pm so will my other sister and her boyfriend, the boyfriends son ( we will call him A), and my niece and nephew! April puts on a nice Easter egg hunt for the kids every year. Princess and A will not be egg hunting this year. She is 13 AND A HALF and A is 15. Princess is going to help Emma hunt this year. It should be very cute

She loves this dress. We had her try on quite a few different ones then walked around the mall to check other stores. Her heart was set on this one. It was ON SALE for $29.99 in the store. Woo Hooo. I can't believe we got out that cheap. Now we just have to find shoes that she approves of. This seems to be harder than getting her in a dress.

Its raining Its pouring the old man is snoring

He went to bed and bumped his head and couldn't get up in the morning!

So just to recap
~ No meat, BOO!
~ It's Friday, YAY!!!
~ Grandma's pelvic bone is Fractured, BOO!
~ Grandma will not need an operation, YAY!
~ She will need to go to rehab, BOO!
~ But she has a great outlook and is a very positive person, YAY!

We have The Boy's first soccer game this Saturday at 3pm and, a Birthday party on Sunday. Busy Beaver that Boy!

Princess, well she has nothing! Most likely homework which now that she is in Jr. High seems to be never ending But no activities! Maybe we will shop for her "Memory Dance" dress. I am beyond excited about this dress shopping adventure! She would be happier just buying it from some web site and hope for the best. UGH!!! HELLO we need to see things on your body and then what about shoes? We have to get shoes~!

Hubby is having the hot tub fixed. I have to stop and get chemicals once I have the money. I have to give him $$ toward the electrician so I will have to wait for the chemicals. It will be nice to be able to use the hot tub again.

Sunday is Palm Sunday! (I'm Roman Catholic) I always try to get there because I never seem to be able to make it on Easter morning. Last year we went to Easter Vigil. It was beautiful but Looooooooooooong! Close to 3.5 Hours! They were baptizing new people into the church right in our new fountain! Then the whole congregation went out side and burned last years palms and holy oils. We all walked into a dark church with candles held by everyone! It was really neat. I just know The Boy will fall asleep again though. Hubby is working that night so he can't make it. So being in church with the princess and the boy by my self for 3 hours. Hmm We shall see!

Happy Thursday

I am in a good mood! Are you?

Hubby just moved his Grandma up here from VA. They got home last night. Grandma stayed with Hubby's Dad last night until they can move her into her house today! We got a call this Am that she fell and may have fractured her hip. She is older but totally with it! Keeping my fingers crossed and saying prayers she will be fine! She wasn't even here 12 Hrs and she is already broken.

I have yet to upload more pics of The Boy's birthday, My Bad! I did however book a Tupperware party yesterday YIPPIE! I also have another one in the works and one planned for the summer, very exciting stuff. I think I use exclamation points way to much and not in the right spots. If a teacher is reading my blog they must be so annoyed!!!!!!!!

Tomorrow is wait for it, wait for it, FRIDAY!!!! its going to be GRRRREEEAAATT!! We have soccer on Saturday and a birthday party on Sunday! Lots of fun to be had outdoors you know.
