My friend

I have been away from my blog for some time now. I'm pretty sure that I have no more followers that check my site. That is OK. This is for me.

I have a friend who is gravely ill from a operation. I miss her dearly. We didn't see each other as often as we would have liked but when we did, we enjoyed each others company. She is an amazing friend. The kind you didn't see for months and call out of the blue to tell everything too. Her last message to me was, "miss you baby girl" GOD I miss her!

It is coming up on 6 months since she has uttered a word, seen her son, kissed her husband, hugged her parents, or spoke to friends. I cannot imagine what she is going through. I just wish she would give us a sign that she is still in there. Punch a doctor, smack a nurse, kick a resident, steal her room mates food. ANYTHING! But alas we see no change. Her husband struggles with the delicate balance of knowing he is doing everything possible to try to help her while still respecting her wishes. He is unbelievably strong. He works, visits her and still takes care of their 5 year old son.

No one can help, no one has miracles in their pockets to give away. It has been 6 long months and I don't know what is taking our miracle so long. I will just keep praying and wishing.

New Mommy Parties!

I just signed up to do Mommy parties, we loved the ZUng Zhu pets. Next up is www.schleich-s.com. Kids animal figures. More later!

High School

Its hard on kids to enter High School. I knew that, What I didn't know was that it's hard on parents too!

The fine line we walk as parents has too many twists and turns, your bound to fall off once in a while. Its how you pick yourself back up and start walking again, that is the true test.

Freshman

I am having a tough time dealing with my freshamn. I hope I am doing things right. She hates me so I guess thats a good start.
