About the weather in Williamsburg:
I can't imagine it would be as cold as Mass. We are farther north up here in D.C. and it doesn't get as cold as New England. That being said...I would definitely pack coats, maybe mittens if you are walking around in the evening or early morning.
Right now..the weather is so unusually mild here, it's hard to imagine it getting too cold by this weekend!
